We were recently included in Eater's round up of apron-makers. They mentioned the big brands that most industry peeps have heard of, but it was great to read about all the other small companies like us that are popping up across the country.
When we started out as a bag company, we never dreamed we'd be making aprons & knife rolls for the restaurant community. As a server, I've always hated the standard house issued apron. Even those that were supposed to be a step up lacked in quality and details. You shouldn't have to sacrifice style and comfort just because you wear a uniform every day.
