Shipping + Returns


Most of our items are made to order and ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase, sometimes faster. If you need something in a hurry, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. We ship USPS Priority and USPS First Class International. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. No tracking #'s are given for International shipments, unless upgraded to Priority. 

You may also choose to purchase added insurance, which will protect you from lost or damaged goods. 


We want you to be happy with your purchase. Nothing is more important to us. We accept returns of unworn bags, aprons, and knife rolls within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in brand new condition. We do not refund return shipping unless a product was deemed defective. Please contact us for a return address. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom made products or sale items. Apron subscription boxes are only returnable in the first month. Please return first apron within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cancel your subscription upon receiving the return.
