Shipping + Returns
We want you to love your apron and/or knife roll. Nothing is more important to us! If you don't, no problem, just shoot us an email within 14 days of receiving your order and we will take care of the rest. Please understand, we can only accept returns of unused aprons & knife rolls. Refunds (minus the shipping cost) will be sent once the return is received. If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will happily cover return shipping.

For returns of orders greater than $500 there is a 20% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom made, personalized, or sale items.
Most of our items are made to order and ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase, sometimes faster. If you need your apron or roll in a hurry, please send us an email and we will do our best to make it happen.
We ship USPS Priority and USPS First Class International. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. To receive tracking for an international order, please upgrade to Priority.
Please make sure your address is correct. The order will be shipped to the address exactly as written. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
